Haven’t done any chicken in a while & decided on some drumsticks using this marinade I found at that grocery store we go to from the cabin. It’s Tony Chachere’s just like the seafood one I used on the shrimp. Our local grocery store at home carries this brand, but for some reason, not these marinades. So far now we have used the seafood, burger, & now the chicken one. All have been great. They have others too, just can’t remember them all right now.

I started off with dumping the chicken in a bowl with this marinade & some Ragin Cajun dry rub seasoning.

Mixed it around to make sure it all got covered real good. Tossed in the fridge for about 4 hours even though it says it works in 30 minutes. I got the grill lit & going until it was about 350-375 degrees & then put the chicken on (not directly over the coals) for about 35 minutes. Of course, flipping & turning every 8-10 minutes or so. It was really good & am ready to try it again. Do you have these marinades at your local store? Try them out. Til next time peeps.
